Return & Refund Policy
All our products are custom made-to-order through our printing partner. Because of this, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review our policy below:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or preference changes.
Size exchanges or replacements may be ordered at the customer’s own expense.
For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as face masks) are non-returnable.
Shipping Issues
Wrong Address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order will be returned to our facility. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Orders: Shipments returned as unclaimed will require reshipment costs to be paid by the customer. After 30 days, unclaimed returns may be donated to charity.
Returns by Customer
Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns sent directly to the fulfillment facility will not be accepted.
International & EU Customers
EU consumers: As our products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or unsealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used or damaged.
